Cancellations
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, kindly provide 24 hours notice. Your consideration in this matter will allow us to accommodate other patients who could benefit from an appointment.
Telemedicine
Dr. Arey is pleased to offer telemedicine visits for certain conditions for patients who would prefer to visit from the comfort of their own home. Please contact our office to determine if a telemedicine visit is appropriate for your particular issue. Patients scheduled for a telemedicine visit will need to visit doxy.me/drarey and need both audio and video capabilities from their computer or device. Applicable deductible and/ or co-payments for your visit will be collected by the office staff prior to the visit.

Insurance
We accept most medical insurance plans, including a majority of the commercial insurance plans, Medicare, and many Medicare supplements. To speak to one of our knowledgeable staff members about your coverage, please call 813-284-2323.
Payment
All co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. This includes payment for any surgical procedures, which is usually taken care of in advance. We accept cash, check, and Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
Referrals
Certain types of medical insurance plans require a referral from your primary care physician prior to your visit. If you are unsure if your plan requires this, it is best to call the member services number listed on the back of your insurance card to verify. If a referral is needed, please contact your primary care physician and ask that one be called into us at 813-284-2323. Please note that it is your responsibility to do this prior to your visit. If a referral is needed but has not been received, your visit may be rescheduled or you will be asked to sign a waiver at check-in. For additional questions about referrals or assistance please contact our office.
